From hand-spun, hand-woven hemp, a craft takes root in daily life, softly weaving tradition into the fabric of everyday moments.

Founded in 1716, in the Kyōhō era, our journey began in Nara with hand-spun, hand-woven linen—a craft we have cherished for over 300 years. Honoring the wisdom passed down through generations, we continue to create everyday items that live gently alongside the customs and crafts of regions across Japan. Believing in the quiet strength of linen, we work hand in hand with artisans and techniques from every corner, weaving tradition and contemporary sensibilities into pieces that speak softly to modern life.
